The book had good points and ideas. i do think it could have used more examples and exercises for each technique.
Might be treated as summary (with few product promotions inside). I recommend to read Cialdini's Influence book.
Free book is ok, I don't recommend paying for paper back.
Very informative and set a base for persuasive communication,and allows you to know where your skill set resides. great QUICK read.
I would recommend citing more researches regarding persuasive techniques if there are more out there. I find it too short though. The art was interesting and possible application of this in every day life is fantastic.
